Recently released from prison, Odessa is determined to create a better future for his younger brother, while Tavares dreams of a career in music but is held back by financial hardship. Rick comes from a wealthy family, but behind the privilege lies emotional neglect. Seeking an escape, he turns to drugs, unaware of the path he's entering.
